The SAD safety guardrail plays no part in the wind bracing of the scaffolding. Refer to the WIND BRACING chapter. LOCK THE SAD SAFETY GUARDRAIL A •Insert the SAD guardrail in a stirrup. B •Accompany the guardrail to hang it. C •Fit the ledger in the bottom supports of the SAD guardrail. •Push the ledger and key it. The guardrail is now locked in place.
