P u b l i c s t a i r c a s e 9 6 Erection • Hang the 'No entry' sign on the ledger blocking access to the structure. • Fit the Panacier on the 1st landing and remove/refit erecting Panacier towards the first level. • Bolt the steps and risers from the bottom upwards. • Fit the guardrails at an angle. • From the staircase, fix the tether hook in a stirrup 1.00 m above the landing. • To ensure erector safety, fit two 1.50 m ledgers on the central side section. • Fit the 4 guardrails of the 1st landing and the next standards. • Put the 15 adjustable baseplates on blocks. • Fit the basic standards or standards. • Level the first ledger. • Lay the Panacier on the bottom landing and erecting Panacier on the bottom level. • Fit and double-bolt the 3.00 m standards and put in place the stair strings. • Temporarily dismantle the 1.50 m ledgers to fix the stair strings. • Position and maintain the lock with the centring key and tighten the nut with a 24 mm wrench. • Put in place the ledgers on the first level (1). • Square the cells and fit the diagonal braces. • Close the first landing with the guardrails. • Put in place the ledgers on the first level. • Anchor ties of the structure. • Fit the diagonals and Panacier on the second landing. • Mount the stair strings. • Dismantle/refit the erecting Panacier on the next level (use the decks remaining on the ground first). • Bolt the steps and risers from the bottom upwards. • Fit the guardrails at an angle. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1.50 m ledgers at a height of 1.00 m 2.50 m 2.50 m 01.11.17 T e c h n i c a l i n f o r m a t i o n
