4 7 5 8 6 9 4 s t a n d a r d s a c c e s s t o w e r, a l u m i n i u m f l i g h t s 8 2 Assembly using CPE • Fit the rampant guardrails. • To ensure erector safety, fit the temporary deck made using 5 Panacier measuring 0.30 x 1.50 m. • Fit the bottom and top landing guardrails. • Fit the four 2 m standards. • Fit and lock MDS guardrails using ledgers. • Put the baseplates on blocks. • Fit the basic standards. • Level the first ledger by adjusting the baseplates. • Lay the temporary Panacier. • Fit the 3.00 m standards. • Fit and lock the MDS guardrails using ledgers. • Wind bracing of the 3 side sections with diagonal braces. • Fit the “No entry” sign. • Dismantle the 2 erecting Panaciers on the bottom landing of the future flight. • Lay the first aluminium flight. • Put in place the 1.50 m ledger on the guardrail. • Wind bracing of the 3 side sections with diagonal braces. • Fix anchors vertically every 4.00 m. • Attach the tether 2.00 m above the deck. • Dismantle the 2 temporary Panacier to put in place the second aluminium flight. • Fit the rampant guardrails, the landing guardrail and the toeboard. • Dismantle the 3 temporary Panacier on the ground. 1 2 3 01.11.17 T e c h n i c a l i n f o r m a t i o n
