• Fit the “no entry” sign. • Fit Panaciers on the first landing and 5 additional erecting Panaciers. • Fit the steps from the top downwards. Lock the inner hooks with self-tightening clips on the bottom legs. • Dismantle the 5 erecting Panaciers on the bottom level. • Raise the ledger 0.50 m above the bottom landing to match the headroom of 2.50 m. • Put the 10 baseplates on blocks. • Fit the basic standards. • Level the first ledger by adjusting the baseplates. • Put in place the Panaciers on the bottom landing and erecting Panaciers on the bottom level. • Fit the 3.00 m standards. • Temporarily dismantle the 2.50 m ledgers to fix the right and left stair strings. • Position and maintain the lock with the centring key and tighten the nut with a 24 mm wrench. • Fit the 2 additional erecting Panaciers. • Fit and lock MDS guardrails on the outer side using ledgers. • Put in place the first-level ledgers and the guardrail ledgers at the bottom of the flight. • Square the cells and fit the 3 diagonale braces. 1 2 3 4 5 6 • Fit the last 2 diagonale braces acting as handrails. • Fit the toeboards and third ledger on the guardrail of the final landing. • Temporarily dismantle the 2.50 m ledgers to fix the stair strings. • Lay the right and left stair strings. • Fit and lock MDS guardrails on the outer side using ledgers. • Fit the ledgers on the second level, the 3 diagonal braces and the Panacier on the second landing. • Refit the 5 erecting Panaciers on the bottom level. • Fix anchors every 4.00 m. 7 8 9 1 0 s t a n d a r d s s i t e s t a i r c a s e , s t e e l f l i g h t s 7 8 2.50 m Assembly using CPE • Install the first 4 diagonals acting as lateral guardrails. • From the staircase, fix the tether hook into a stirrup 1.00 m above the landing. • To ensure erector safety, fit a 2.50 m ledger 1.00 m from the central side section. • Fit the 2.00 m standards. 01.11.17 T e c h n i c a l i n f o r m a t i o n
