Contact our design office before lifting larger towers. Comply with the general rules for handling and stability Part number Description Weight (kg 198949-0 Tie for adjustable baseplate 0.50 023641-4 Ø 49 tube lifting ring 2.15 Lifting ring WLL*: 1.8 t. * Working load limit • Place the adjustable baseplate and fit the basic standards and ledgers. • Level, then fit 2.00 m uprights, Panacier, MDS guard rails, step flights and erection deck 1.00 m up. • Fit an erection platform to the existing staircase. • Fit a ledger at 1.00 m and two and three step flights. • Vertical tube diagonal holding the central post using 2 two bolt adjustable couplers. • The lifting rings to each standard should be as close as possible to the ledger nodes. • Horizontal tube and coupler diagonal brace using 2 right angle, four bolt couplers below the lifting rings. • Lift pre-assembled section into place and fit the standards on the existing staircase. • Remove the vertical diagonal tube attached to the central post. • Remove the horizontal tube and the lifting rings. • Fit the anchor ties at 8.00 m. • Fit the missing 1.72 m diagonals used as guardrails. • Complete the exit following steps 9 to 11. • Fit a tube and coupler diagonal brace holding the central post using 2 two bolt adjustable couplers. • Standing on the erection deck, assemble the section to be lifted into place following steps 6 and 7. • Fit lifting rings at the 4 corners as close as possible to the ledger nodes. • Fit a horizontal tube and coupler diagonal using 2 orthogonal couplers, four bolt couplers below the lifting rings. 1 2 3 4 5 6 Uprights must be double bolted Lifting 01.11.17 T e c h n i c a l i n f o r m a t i o n
