Te m p o r a r y c o v e r s 5 5 FPA 100 assembly matching the previous example • Lay Panaciers used to fit canvas covers. • Fit ledgers on the top tower member. • Wind-brace the assembly by fitting horizontal diagonals on the top and bottom tower member inside the shell. • Lay 3.00 m beams on the service ledgers. Fix them to the 4.00 m beams with bolted studs. • Fit the linking frames. • Continue assembling the shell as instructed in steps 4 and 5. • Assemble the prefabrication service. • Fit the roof ridge elements on the top part of this service. • Fit the linking frames between the 2 roof ridge elements. • Finish linking the roof ridge elements by fitting ledgers and horizontal diagonals. • On the 2 slopes, fit 4.00 m beams on the service ledgers. Fix them to the roof ridge elements with bolted studs. • Fit the linking frames. • Fit the end sections of the slopes. Fix them to the 3.00 m beams with bolted studs. • Link the slope ends by fitting a linking frame. • Lay the Panaciers and brace the assembly. • Fit slings from the service platform. They must be attached to the top tower member perpendicular to a linking frame. • Lift the completed FPA100 shell with the crane. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Carry out operations 3 to 7 on the other side of the roof ridge elements to assemble the second slope.
