A d d i t i o n a l e q u i p m e n t 3 8 Crabétai standards Ø 57 mm can be used on the lower part of Ø 49 mm Multicrab scaffolding to reinforce the lower part of tall structures or structures bearing heavy loads. They comprise a tube Ø 57 on which four stirrups are welded at 90° every 0.50 m. One end is fitted with a sleeve to centre the uprights and prevent any dislocation. It lets you use 40/49 Multicrab adjustable baseplates. The Crabétai baseplate can also be used to link 40/49 adjustable baseplates. The Crabétai base or the “basic standard 3.50 m standards” allow the two systems to be combined. If a “basic standard 3.50 m basic standard” is used, a 50/60 adjustable baseplate is imperative. Crabétai standards are used with wooden toeboards.
