Assembling and dismantling with temporary erecting guardrail 2 0 • From the lower level, fit temporary erecting guardrails. • Fit the final return safety guardrails. • Fit the “No entry” sign. • From the lower level, lay the deck in all the grid sections of the first floor. • Fit ledgers at 0.50 m and 1.00 m to assemble the first floor guardrail. • Place and lay the adjustable baseplate on the spacing shims. • Interlock the basic standards. • Fit the ledgers. • Level up. • Instal the firts platform to facilitate erection. • Complete the platform inside the grid. • Fit the 3.00 m standards. • Place ledgers at 2.00 m and temporarily at 1.00 m. • Fit the 2.00 m standards. • Fit the ledgers on the upper deck and the third ledger in the access grid section. • Move the temporary erecting guardrails to the upper floor. • Secure the structure with ties as erection progresses. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 When due to certain circumstances the safety guardrail or MDS guardrail cannot be fully or partially fitted, the temporary erecting guardrail is an alternative solution for collective protection.
