Touréchaf : safe formwork l ay i ng wi th MDS guardra i l 119 The peripheral shear walls and slabs are first fitted with guardrails. The Touréchaf shoring structure is erected with decking at the top. Assembly for securing traditional formwork laying with MDS guardrails Dismantling • From the plates already laid, receive the first packet of plywood and install on I-beam up to the MDS guardrail. • The spacing of the I-beams must not be more than 25 cm . • To dismantle, fit guardrails around the edge of the slab. • Release the shoring from the decking of the towers by loosening the adjustable heads. • Dismantle the guardrails around the formwork, protection being provided by the MDS guardrail. • The formwork elements are removed o the ground or on the slab from the edge of the decking. • Dismantle the tower, following the appropriate kinematics. • Fit the final site guardrails fixed to the I-beams. • Fit the 3.50 m uprights, with 0.35 m ledgers on brackets. • Fit the MDS guardrails from the decking. • Lock the MDS guardrails in place with the ledgers. • Next to the small access area, fit the primary and secondary girders and the plywood from the Touréchaf decking. • Continue fitting the girders on all the formwork. 1 2 3 4 5 01.11.17 T e c h n i c a l i n f o r m a t i o n
