Touréchaf : Assembl ing and dismant l ing a 1.00 x 1.00 m tower Requirements > Ensure that the load is evenly distributed on the ground. > Ensure that the base is levelled. > Fit the first level frames from inside the tower. > Fit the access frame opposite the ladder. > Ensure that the tower is stable. > Centre the load in the forks. Table of components Fit a temporary deck. Raise the deck to its final position so that there is 2.00 m between decks. 7 • The first-level deck can be removed. • Access the upper level and fit and adjust the adjustable heads. 1 2 3 Access • Erect the base and level it. • Lay the frames on the first level with the access frame. • Lay 3 x 0.30 m Panaciers. • Add frames on the second level. • Lay a 0.30 m Panacier • The upper level can be accessed using the integral ladder. • Add 2 x 0.30 m Panaciers. 4 5 6 • Fit the frames on the third level. • Remove 2 x 0.30 m Panaciers. • Lower the lower level to remove the third Panacier. • Lay one 0.20 m Panacier and a access deck. Temporary deck 3 x 0.30 x 1.00 m Panaciers Final deck 1 access deck and one 0.20 x 1.00 m Panacier Dismantling: dismantle the tower in the reverse order of assembly.
