Touréchaf : Assembl ing and dismant l ing a 1.50 x 1.00 m tower Requirements > Ensure that the load is evenly distributed on the ground. > Ensure that the base is levelled. > Fit the first level frames from inside the tower. > Fit the access frame opposite the ladder. > Ensure that the tower is stable. > Centre the load in the forks. Raise the access decks to their final position so that there is a height of 2.00 m between decks. Fit a temporary deck. 1 2 3 Access • Erect the base and level it. • From the inside of the tower, fit the first frame diagonally and swivel to lock it. • Access the upper level. • Lay the second 1.00 m access deck . • Fit the 1.50 m access frame for easy access. 5 6 7 • Lay the first 1.00 m access deck . • Assemble the third level. 9 • Move the second access deck from the lower level. 11 • Fit and adjust the fork heads. 4 • Fit two 1 m access decks and add the second level. 8 • Move the first deck with trapdoor. 10 • Dismantle the first deck level. • The upper level can be accessed using the integral ladder.
