265 FALSEWORK - TECHNICAL INFORMATION - 2023 FALSEWORK CONNECTIONS AND WIND BRACING Interconnecting towers are created with MULTICRAB ledgers and diagonal braces, no tubes and connectors. If a general decking is installed at the head of the falsework, the connection must be at least 1.00 m under the deck to avoid interference between the diagonal braces and the PANACIERs. Ledgers for the layout are temporarily assembled Decking CANTILEVERS WITH BASE The base can be used to create a cantilever. The admissible load at the end of the cantilever is limited to 500 daN. For heavier loads, a case study is needed. The load on the cantilever is taken by the load-bearing standard. The tower must be stabilised using anchors or correctly proportioned wind bracing.
