113 MULTICRAB - TECHNICAL INFORMATION - 2023 MULTICRAB ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS •Assemble mobile scaffolding to facilitate the assembly of the final structure. The dimensions of the mobile service hereinabove allow for a centre distance from the starting pillars of 2.50 m squared. It is essential to comply with the composition of the standards: 400 kg wheel, MULTICRAB basic standard and MULTICRAB upright of 2.00 m. 1 2 3 4 •Fit the first pillar. •Stabilise the latter by keying with a 0.50 m MULTICRAB ledger on the mobile structure. •Fit the second pillar. •Keying of a 0.50 m ledger on the mobile structure and of a 2.50 m ledger between the pillars. •Fit the two other pillars, complying with the assembly procedure hereinabove. •Lay 8 MULTICRAB 2.00 m inside uprights. • Assemble MULTICRAB ledgers on the future deck except on the front side. •If the operator has the possibility to do so, construct anchor points in a wall and anchor the pillar heads using a tube tightened on the 2 uprights, just above the plate, using ENTREPOSE ÉCHAFAUDAGES 4-bolt orthogonal couplers. •Fit and lock the SAD guardrails. •Fit the deck in the 0.50 m front grid section. •Fit the missing 2.50 m ledger. •Fit the deck in the 0.50 m rear grid section. •Fit the deck in the 2.50 x 2.50 m section. •Detach the mobile structure from the pillars and move it to one side of the structure. •Fit 2.00 m uprights, 0.50 m ledgers and the deck in the 0.50 m grid section. •Assemble and lock the SAD guardrails. •Move the mobile structure to the other side of the structure. •Fit 2.00 m uprights, 0.50 m ledgers and the deck in the 0.50 m grid section. •For the following grid sections, attach the mobile structure with 0.50 m ledgers on pillars set up and follow steps presented in the instructions. •Assemble and lock the SAD guardrail on the last end side. •Fit the 3.12 m ladder. •After opening the trapdoor and before accessing the upper deck, attach the tether to the stirrup located 1.00 m above the deck. •Finish assembling this level by fitting the toe boards and missing 0.50 ledgers by using personal protective equipment. •Continue the assembly of the next levels by following the assembly method with SAD guardrails. •Inspect the structure and put the inspection report in the pocket on the “no entry” sign. 6 5 PANATRAP without ladder.
